Membership is free, voluntary, and open to anyone aged 18 or above (or with parental consent).

A member is allowed one active account; duplicate accounts may be merged or removed at our discretion.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and notifying us if your account is compromised.

Oh Yeah! Banana Leaf reserves the right to modify the points structure, rewards, or membership benefits with reasonable notice.

We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in fraud, abuse, or activity inconsistent with the spirit of the programme.

Points are earned on qualifying purchases at participating outlets, in accordance with the rate displayed in the app.

Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be sold, gifted, or exchanged outside the programme.

Points may expire if the published expiry rule applies — typically 12 months from the date earned, unless stated otherwise.

Rewards are subject to availability and may be limited to specific outlets, dates, or service modes.

Refunded transactions will have their corresponding points reversed.

Vouchers may only be used at participating Oh Yeah! Banana Leaf outlets, on eligible items, within the promotion validity window.

Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and have no value once expired.

A voucher tied to a specific account may not be transferred to another guest without our written consent.

All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

A packaging fee may apply to pickup and delivery orders; the amount, if any, is shown at checkout.

Once an order is placed and payment is captured, it cannot be modified or cancelled — please contact the outlet directly for assistance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of fraud, item unavailability, or pricing error.

Refunds, when granted, are processed back to the original payment method, and may take 3–14 working days depending on the bank.

Tables are held for 15 minutes past the reservation time. After that, the table may be released to walk-in guests.

For larger parties or private rooms, a deposit may be required. The deposit is non-refundable for last-minute cancellations.

Please notify the outlet as early as possible if you need to cancel or change a reservation.
